You may only use the rating and the displayed information to guide you. lawreviewsusa.com does not assure the quality of the services rendered by any listed individual. You shall be solely responsible for entering into a contract with an owner of such listing. In order to post a review, the user must receive a valid link by SMS as described herein. Users might not receive a link in some cases where the listed individual has not added the contact information of the user.

9. Premium Service

A premium option for the listed individuals exist to increases the number of views by users and for no other purpose. This does not constitute a recommendation by us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless lawreviesusa.com, its corporate affiliates, independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and each of their respective directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any User Content you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Services or your use of or inability to use the Services, including without limitation any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim arising out of or relating to the User Content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms or your violation of the rights of any third party.
